ClipCaption was built inside Prowiz Analytics to solve a problem we kept running into with our clients — then spun off as a standalone product when we realised it wasn't unique to any one of them.

The spinoff
Developed at Prowiz, spun off when the problem turned out to be universal
Our ecommerce and marketing clients were producing more video than ever — walkthroughs, explainers, social content. Getting captions right, especially in Hindi and Hinglish, was bleeding hours every week. Every tool they tried was built for English. Transcripts came back wrong. Someone always had to fix them manually before anything could go live.
Prowiz built ClipCaption internally to close that gap — accurate transcription, karaoke-style word highlighting, and real Indian language support from the ground up. When the same problem kept appearing across clients in completely different industries, we spun it off as a standalone product.

Rishabh Mathur
Rishabh is the founder of Prowiz Analytics, a Digital Engineering startup serving 100+ clients globally, and the driving force behind ClipCaption — a product developed at Prowiz and spun off when the captioning problem proved bigger than any single client.
He builds products the same way he runs client engagements: start with the real problem, ignore the noise, ship the thing that works. ClipCaption is what happens when you apply that discipline to a gap you've watched hundreds of clients hit.
