Elevated export queue latency
Video exports experienced delays of 2–5 minutes during peak hours due to a surge in demand on the render worker pool. Scale-out resolved the queue within 40 minutes. No data was lost.
Intermittent transcription errors
A subset of transcription requests failed with a 503 response for ~12 minutes following a dependency provider incident. Requests that failed were safe to retry.
